This year Loveland Loves to
Read has chosen "Spider Woman's Daughter," by Ann Hillerman, the daughter
of Southwest U.S. crime/mystery writer Tony Hillerman.
The keystone event
is a presentation by the author at the Rialto Theater next Monday,
September 18, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5. It looks as though, as of this morning, some
seats are still available in the balcony.
Other associated
events during the week include a lunch at Sylvan Dale Ranch, a presentation about
SW art and the showing of a movie based on one of the elder Hillerman’s
books.
