Welcome to 2015! (Ok, I’m a little behind on the year, but writing events are just beginning to ramp up).
This weekend it seems to be all about radio.  Veronica Patterson will be reading from and speaking about her poetry on the KCFR Poetry Show tomorrow (Sunday, January 18).  Catch it at 6:00 p.m. on 88.9 FM. (The program can also be streamed through the website, http://www.krfcfm.org/)  Patterson will be reading poems from her books & it had rained and Maneuvers, poems to honor Rocky Mountain National Park and new work, as well as poems from a couple of poets who died recently.

Also on the radio:  did you catch the Weekend Edition interview with Loveland-Loves-to-Read featured writer Alexandra Fuller regarding her latest memoir:  Leaving the Continent Before the Rains ComeFuller is perhaps best known for her book  Don’t Let’s Go to the Dogs Tonight—the key text in the Fall 2014 Osher class led by Veronica Patterson: Words that Carry Over WaterClick here to listen to the interview.
