We seem to be swinging from Winter to Summer lately.
Whichever season it is this Sunday, why not spend a couple
hours rejoicing in the Vernal Equinox with poetry, song, and storytelling at
the latest installment of the quarterly reading organized by the Regional
Poets.
This afternoon is inspired by Emily Dickinson’s "A
Light Exists in Spring.” www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-light-exists-in-spring/
As usual, the reading kicks off with an open mic from 1:00
to 1:30, followed by more than a dozen featured readers; among them are BJ Clark, Lisa Zimmerman, Jim Burrell and Emily Ramos. The event wraps up at 3:00.
