Next Weekend!


Oh, dear, I got ahead of myself:  before the Dungy/Mitchell reading is the wonderful event next weekend (Saturday Oct. 5)  sponsored by the American Association of University Women in Loveland:  Conversations with Authors.  It features David M. Jessup, Patty Limerick and Laura Pritchett.  I have my upper division social science writers at CSU read a piece by Patty Limerick, so I am especially excited to hear her speak.  And of course Laura Pritchett is always a treat.  I am not familiar with Jessup, but that is no doubt my failing, not his!  The event is at the Embassy Suites in Loveland and it is an AAUW Scholarship fundraiser!  For more information contact ethomerson@msn.com.
