Window Pane Poems

On Saturday a friend and I took a little bike tour of the poems in business windows in central Loveland—what a delight.  We started off with breakfast at Generations and ended up taking home two pork chops from the butcher on 4th street for the grill that evening.  We could easily have end-bracketed the morning with lunch out in any of an increasing number of wonderful restaurants downtown, but felt like we had to draw the line somewhere.

To the right is a photo of Lorrie Wolfe, one of the featured poets, with her poem.

You have through the end of this month—egad that is this week!--to take this in.  Stop by the Loveland Museum and Gallery for a complete listing of locations (or any of the businesses displaying a poem—maybe you can even read the image of the list to the right).

And while you are at it, thank the business that participated (with your words, and dollars if you can).

Joy!
