Hey, Garrison Keillor uses “foofaraw”
on A Prairie Home Companion this weekend (you can hear the show today at
noon on KUNC: http://kunc.org/). Maybe this is just a case of noticing “everywhere”
what your attention has been drawn to once;
you know, you buy that special car, park it at the grocery and emerging
from the store can’t find YOURS because now you notice everyone else has that
car, in that same color. Don’t even get
me started on shoes . . .
