NOT ONLY DID I SPELL "ekphrastic" wrong in the title (twice) of my blog post about the same, I communicated the wrong date of the writing workshop at the FRCC library: it is NEXT Saturday (May 11), not this one (thanks, Bethene, for catching this.) The workshop is titled “The Top Ten Great Writing Guidelines.” It is free, but registration is required. If you are interested you could call 221-6740. I was told that the workshop leader is Trey Cartwright, of CSU, but I can’t find anyone by that name at CSU, so this part remains a bit mysterious. There is a Traci Cartwright at UNC.
This blog celebrates language, highlights important literary events and news in Northern Colorado, and supports Second Letter Writing Salons, personalized writing workshops led by writer and educator Beth Lechleitner
